"Semolina" is one of the best loved songs by The Residents. It was released on the "Duck Stab / Buster and Glen" album. This version is based on The Residents' 2023 live version, particularly the version played during their March 31, 2023 stop in Philadelphia, PA. and the version from their "Duck Stab! Alive!" live album.

This song was chosen specifically for this project by Dave Grind after seeing the March 31 show. MVOI has previously covered songs by The Residents, most notably covering "Fever Dream" for a Residents song contest in 2017.
