"Lesson #223" Is the first single from the new MVOI album "Gathering" due to be released on February 29, 2024.

Gathering is the 12th full length album by MVOI and their 22nd release on 10x Records. They've also released three live albums, two compilations, three singles and seven EPS. They also appear on the 10x Records compilations "Born To Let's Go" "Sampler 2002" "Delaware Hardcore" "The Strand" and "Pyrite25".

Formed in New Castle, DE in 2000, the band originally was formed by members of Oprichniki and Year of the Comet. There have been some line up changes, but the current line-up has been in place since 2008.

The new album, "Gathering", , "Gathering" gathers 15 songs written between 1993 and 2023, with ten brand new never before heard songs.

The "Lesson #223" single features a previously unreleased version of "Lesson #74" from the thirty second songs project.
